(More customer reviews)I am so sorry this pan didn't work out. I used both the large and small skillet for a few months and then everything started sticking to them. I took back the larger one after this happened and got a brand new one, which everything started sticking to again after very little use. I cook with olive oil, no PAM, and have never used it on high heat. It is super hard now to clean. Scrambled eggs completely coat it and it takes a lot of work to clean them off.

(More customer reviews)I received this cookware for Christmas, and after the first round through the dishwasher, the green color started fading off. I thought it was build-up from the dish liquid, but NOPE!! Now the green color looks filmy, and no matter how much I scrub, it doesn't come off. When I received the cookware, it looked like it had been used, although it was new. The imperial labels are peeling off as well and look awful. The metal on the handles was slightly rusty, and the green part on the handles was slightly stained. Although it looks cute in the pic, I wouldn't have bought the set had I known the quality. A $20 set at Wal-mart would look better than this set does. Too bad my mom ordered the set months before Christmas, or it would have been shipped right back to them! I am so disappointed :-(

Anyway, the true test of a nonstick pan is how long the nonstick lasts, and I won't know that for some time. I really like the addition of a stainless steel disc on the bottom to keep it from warping.

(More customer reviews)I am an avid home chef and a fervent hater of nonstick cookware. I went through so many sets of nonstick in my early married years, everything from the $30 "whole kitchen in a box" set I got as wedding gift to a "top of the line" set that my mother-in-law gave me years later. I babied the stuff, but it still wound up scratched and peeling and in the trash. And, I never liked the cooking performance of any of it. So, many years ago I threw it all out and bought an 18/10 stainless set- which I love and praise to anyone who will listen, and have never had to replace a single piece of. BUT, even I will admit that it's tough to get a decent fried egg from a stainless pan, so I kept an 8" nonstick skillet around just for that purpose. It was needing to be replaced so I decided to go with hard anodized. Hesitantly, I was going to get another brand with the teflon type finish. Then I saw this, and liked the idea of the the ceramic type finish. I can't tell you how much I love this pan. It fries beautifully. Sears salmon and steaks. Cleans with a wipe and a rinse. I have had this for a couple of months, used it MANY times, and am getting ready to buy the 12" for bigger jobs. Even my 8 year old can make beautiful(no tears)fried eggs with it. Oh, and did you know that you can thaw meats faster in it. Hard anodized is an amazing conducter of heat, so it pulls the cold out of the food. Just set it on the counter (covered) and wait about 20 minute (depends on thickness of the meat) turn it over once and voila you have thawed meat.

(More customer reviews)I was expecting the same performance out of this non-stick pan as from the chemical laden pans. I guess that was a bit hopeful. The pan works well, and you can dry fry some vegetables and they will not stick. However, if they burn even a little, that dark spot will be very difficult to remove. This is the problem with the pan. If/when something actually sticks to it, its not easy to clean.
Outside of that, eggs don't stick, pancakes don't stick. That's all I really wanted.

(More customer reviews)I purchased the Rachael Ray 10-Piece Porcelain Enamel Coodware Set in Blue at the end of December 2007. The handles are securely attached. The pans are just the right weight....not too heavy and not too light. The stay cool handles are terrific. The non-stick surface is awesome...the food slides right off. The see-through lids are great so you can keep an eye on whats cooking. It has the look and feel of expensive cookware but is very reasonably priced. The only thing that I didnt know before I purchased this item was that it is not recomended to cook on high with a glass top stove. I guess the enamel can fuse to the cook top. I have a glass top stove and at first I was concerned. I cook with this cookware set on Medium High instead of high. I have not had a problem at all. In fact, I used to burn meals in my old cookware but now that I dont use high heat to cook with I have not burned a single meal! If you are looking for great cookware with outstanding quality then I highly recomend the Rachael Ray 10-Piece Porcelain Enamel Cookware Set.
******And just to add a note to my original review back in Februay 2008.......I have now owned this set for a little over 2 yrs (its now 2010) and it is still just as great as it was when I first purchased it. I am very careful that I dont use metal utensils with this set. I only use wooden or nylon (plastic) utensils which I think contributes to the long life of any non stick cookwear set.******

(More customer reviews)An excellent all-purpose fry pan and a good value for the price. Comfortable to handle, and a nice weight without being too heavy to handle easily. T-Fal fry pans sold in the "big-box" stores don't seem to have the same sturdy "feel" as this one. Not sure if a professional restaurant chef would use it - but for home use I would recommend it without hesitation. The rim of the pan is not non-stick, so every once in a while some food might stick to the rim. Minor inconvenience.
