Any time I tried to use them while cooking, they were very flimsy, folding one way then the other and creating lots of extra work. Was especially disappointed with the performance while using on hamburger helper, browning ground beef, and hash browns. Got them to replace my metal-handled nonstick spatula, and will not be giving it up!
