(More customer reviews)I've never been a fan of stainless steel cookware so I was hesitant to purchase this piece. I must say, I am impressed. This piece has a nice, heavy feel to it, but not so heavy that it couldn't be lifted with one hand. Water boils quickly on medium high heat and the heat distribution is remarkable. I am considering purchasing more pieces to replace my existing cookware.
