(More customer reviews)Even though this pizza cutter is essentially hard plastic, it has no problem cutting through crispy pizza. I really only like medium to thin crust so I can't comment on deep dish but due to its large diameter I'm sure it would work well. Plus, there are no marks on our calphalon pans!
